So, how do you get started?

Consultation: I provide a free 25 minute connection call over the phone. After this, we can determine together what service is the best fit for you- individual sessions or a package. Sometimes, I am not the best fit for providing what you are looking for and when that is the case, I will offer referrals to other professionals that I believe will best support you in where you want to go.


Coaching: If we determine that coaching is the best way to meet your goals, we will identify what you desire support in and what the best package would be to help get you there. We then schedule our first session to dive in.

Knowing Your Goals are achieved: You will know you are done with coaching with me when you feel confident that you have achieved your goals and feel a more consistent ability to meet your life in a way that feels open, assured and ready. This is something that I will check in with you about in our journey together. Sometimes you will have met your initial goals and in our time have discovered new goals you want to work towards. I welcome you to be open about your successes and feelings of readiness to move on. It is a joy to watch people move on from coaching having met their goals. I do my best to make myself available for check in session and “tune-ups” whenever needed.

Therapy vs Coaching: In our consultation, we explore what you are desiring support in and what is currently holding you back. We will explore your mental health and whether you are suffering from a mental health condition. If you would benefit from mental health therapy for a mental health disorder, we will explore your options.
