What You Will Receive

• Three Somatic Soul Sessions per Month: Experience the powerful combination of weaving Somatic Experiencing, Somatic Parts Work, Attachment Patters, Inner Child Work, Spirituality, Earth Medicine and a Systemic Lens. I tailor each session to meet you where you are and where you desire to go. These sessions are designed to help you to truly heal your nervous system and increase your capacity for vibrancy, pleasure and shift your life towards greater stability and power.

• Earth Based Medicine Ceremonies: Reconnect with your true essence, your highest self and release energetic blockages that may be holding you back through Despachos, Mesa Mestana Healings and Shamanic Journeys from the Q’ero lineage. The specific ceremonies are determined based on your unique journey.

• Ongoing Support: Benefit from voice note and text support from Monday through Friday. This continuous support ensures you have a space to process, integrate, and navigate your journey with ease.
